Q: Do you have proof of the work you've done in the past?

A: Yes, on our results and testimonials tab

Q: Can you remove lates?

A: Yes & No- reason: if the account is open and active removing lates on an open account can result of a shut down and paying off the remaining balance.

10 years ago it was easy to do it on an open account, however the 3 credit bureaus have changed their rules since then. We can remove lates on an account that's been fully closed off.

Advance warning if you're removing account with lates on a closed account, if that account is related to the same creditor you currently have. It will cause a chain reaction of the active account being removed as well.

What to expect?

* Expect that it will take time for your credit score to recover.

* Expect that creditors will still go after you even after removing the negative accounts from your credit report. It's best not to confirm your identity nor accept any letters handed to you for you to sign.

* Do not expect your credit scores to be high if you're constantly late on your payments.
